Great News
The Three Tuns in Great Bedwyn have kicked off our fundraising season for 2024 with a sponsored run in January in the New Forest. Sponsorship is via a Crowdfunder page QR Code below, and donations over the bar. Winter Warriors
At the end of every season we rely heavily on our volunteer boat engineers to survey our fleet of boats and carry out any upgrades or repairs in readiness for next season. These engineers are affectionately known as our Winter Warriors. Why do we call them the Winter Warriors? Because at the end of the season the weather is reliably unreliable, normally very cold and wet. For jobs inside the boats is less of a problem as we can turn on the heating system however for work outside the boats such as rubbing down, re painting and engine work is weather dependant.
